One of the most exquisitely refined 19th Century salon frames we have ever seen. Crossed ribbons center the matched leaf and berry crown moldings. Acanthus leaf medallions embellish the corners. The deeply scooped cove is meticulously combed and set off by a beaded and a foliated inner lip. Finished in ancient gold leaf with a beveled mirror.
